Plan your education and career path from day one — start your undergraduate degree in select Faculty of Human and Social Sciences programs with a conditional offer to our full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics.
Gain in-depth knowledge on the individual and societal impacts of crime (BA in Criminology), design compelling games and purposeful play (BA in Game Design and Development) or develop essential skills in project management, communication and ethical decision-making (BA in Leadership) before completing your MBA.

The Arts BA + MBA is available in three programs. Explore each program for first-year core courses, sample first-year electives and sample upper-year courses.
You will complete your BA on the Brantford campus and your MBA on the Waterloo campus.
The Lazaridis MBA empowers you to apply the knowledge and problem-solving skills you’ve built through your undergraduate degree to real business challenges. With a rigorous, integrated curriculum and hands-on learning, you’ll graduate with cross-disciplinary expertise, practical insights and the confidence to lead in any field.
In your final year of undergraduate studies, you can apply to participate in co-op during your MBA. This eight-month paid work term helps you build career clarity, explore new industries and put your learning into practice while strengthening your résumé.

Laurier's language of instruction is English, and so we may require you to provide evidence of your English proficiency to help make sure you are successful in your academic courses.
Your three most recent years of full-time education must be in English without taking any ESL (English as a Second Language) courses. If you do not meet this requirement, you must provide evidence of your English proficiency.
We reserve the right to request an English-language test from any applicant.
If you do not meet Laurier's English proficiency requirement but are academically qualified for your program, you may be eligible for a conditional offer of admission.
The Academic Transition Pathway (ATP) program is offered through our affiliated institution, Wilfrid Laurier International College, and provides an option for meeting our English-proficiency requirement. If you have received an offer to Laurier with a condition to meet our English-proficiency requirement, you can meet that condition by successfully completing the ATP program.
Students applying to this program from another post-secondary institution are encouraged to review our transfer-specific requirements. This page will show you the admission requirements for your unique transfer situation and provide more details about transferring to Laurier.
College graduates applying to Laurier’s Arts Degree + Business Administration (MBA) program may be eligible for admission with one of our block transfer agreements.

Co-op allows you to integrate your classroom learning with practical experience in your field of study. The Lazaridis School of Business and Economics co-op program is the largest of its kind in Canada and has earned a 97-100% employment rate for many years now.
All Arts Degree (BA) + Master of Business Administration (MBA) students have the option to apply for the co-op stream as part of their graduate degree experience. Co-op in the MBA program is competitive and students apply in their final year of undergraduate studies.
Most MBA co-op students will earn eight months of paid work experience that will provide an invaluable addition to your resumé and give you the insights needed to help you make the right choices for your career path. Students not selected for co-op will be able to continue in the full-time MBA program.
