Are you a community member, committee or organization looking to rent space on Laurier’s Brantford campus? We’re happy to assist you when booking a meeting or event in one of our downtown building locations.

Booking Process

Booking requests should be made at least 15 days prior to your event.

  1. Consider your space needs.
    • Laurier Brantford has a variety of room types available throughout campus. Most rooms are equipped with multimedia equipment. We are not able to provide on-site technical support for weekend bookings.
    • If alcohol will be served at the event, a Special Occasion Permit and Security will be required.
  2. Submit our external bookings form.
    • We will review the request to determine the space that is suitable for the event. The conference coordinator will contact you to discuss your event in more detail.
  3. Provide a certificate of insurance.
    • A certificate of insurance must be provided prior to the event. Laurier can assist with this process should a temporary certificate be required.
  4. Review and sign Laurier’s Facility Use Agreement.
    • The agreement with the reservation details will be emailed to the main contact. An agreement is required for all events.
  5. Provide payment for your reservation.
    • An invoice will be provided once the booking is complete.
