What is a BA + MSc Program?

If you’re successful in your application to the BA + MSc program in Health Studies you’ll receive two conditional offers of admission:

  • One to undergraduate studies (BA in Health studies) at Laurier; and
  • One to graduate studies (MSc in Public Health or Global Health) at the Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS).

This means that if you decide to continue your studies at the graduate level and meet the progression requirements for the program, you will be guaranteed a spot at BSMS because you’ve already received a conditional offer of admission. You will begin your master’s program after you graduate from your BA degree program at Laurier.

Benefits of the BA + MSc Program

Students accepted into the BA + MSc program receive mentoring and skills development opportunities throughout their undergraduate degree that will help them achieve the admission requirements for the graduate program in the UK and help turn the conditional offer into an acceptance.
