Cancellations received the business day before the start of any remote or online workshop or course are eligible for a credit minus a 35% administrative fee. You can also transfer the registration to a colleague by emailing their name and email address to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations or non-attendance on the day of a remote workshop or course are not eligible for a refund, credit or transfer. There are no refunds, cancellations or transfers for online courses after the start date.
The Professional Development program may need to cancel a workshop or course due to low enrolment or instructor illness/emergency. If possible, we will do our best to reschedule the date. If you cannot attend on that date, you will be eligible for a full refund.
FOUR + DISCOUNT -- Register for four or more workshops at once to receive a 10% discount*. Once you have added four or more workshops to your cart, click Apply a Discount under each workshop and select FSWPD 10% Discount from the drop-down menu. If you experience any issues with the discount, please contact the Professional Development office at email@example.com before registering as the discount cannot be applied retroactively.
CBT DISCOUNT -- Once you have completed the CBT certificate (both Level I and Level II) you are eligible to take additional CBT courses at a 50% discount. Contact the Professional Development office at firstname.lastname@example.org to request the discount code.
* The CBT program is exempt from the 10% discount. This includes the CBT Certificate, and CBT Lunch and Learns.
