Admissions for all domestic applications received are processed on a rolling basis. Applications will be considered as soon as they are submitted. We encourage applicants to apply as soon as they are ready, as the programs can fill up quickly.
Rolling admission means that offers of admission are awarded year-round to all successful candidates for all of the upcoming intake dates until a program is full.
Note: Rolling admission does not apply to international applications, however all international applications are reviewed by March 31 of each year for the Waterloo MBA programs.
The MBA programs application is a two-step process. We recommend starting step one as soon as you have decided to apply. This will allow you to create your account and work on part two of the application process.
We recommend starting step one of the two-step process as soon as possible. This provides you access to the system where you will upload your final documents.
The application deadline for part two of the two-step process is Aug. 1, for the full-time and full-time with co-op programs starting in August, and Aug. 15 for the part-time programs starting in September.
Note that applicants do not need a GMAT score to complete step one of the application. Applicants can bypass that information but then will be required to submit an unofficial GMAT score in part two of the application process.
If you are an eligible candidate interested in applying for any of our Waterloo degrees, contact us with any admission or application questions.
All international candidates must have their applications submitted by March 15, 2024 with all final documents uploaded into the application portal by March 31, 2024.
We strongly recommend candidates to apply as soon as possible to ensure enough time to apply for and receive a study permit.
