Add some purple and gold to your Giving Tuesday by visiting HAWKstarter.com to see the inspiring initiatives being led by Laurier students, staff and faculty that need your support!
Projects include:
- Teaching Excellence Toolkit for Haiti: Donate to help Laurier education faculty and students teach over 1,000 Haitian teachers.
- Women in Science Award: Help Laurier discover the next Marie Curie by supporting this important award.
- Laurier International’s Student Refugee Program: Donate to support Laurier’s refugee students.
- Planting a Laurier Forest: Add some green to Laurier's purple and gold by donating to help plant over 100 trees in and around Laurier's campuses.
- Golden Mentors Program: Donate to support Enactus Laurier Brantford student-volunteers as they work to build a mentorship program for at-risk youth.
- Moving us Forward: Donate to replace the current standard piece of luggage – plastic garbage bags for foster children. Backpacks not trash bags.
- Inspiring Futures: Walls to Bridges Bursary Fund: Help support a formerly incarcerated student continue her education at Laurier.
