Laurier has taken significant steps to do our part in the national and global effort to contain the spread of the coronavirus. The fastest and safest path to a full campus reopening is for everyone to protect themselves and those among us who are most vulnerable to the virus. Honest, accurate and frequent health monitoring plays a critical role in these efforts and is a requirement for everyone attending campus.
Student safety is a top priority for the university. The COVID-19 self-assessment on the SAFEHawk app is designed to be used by students before they access approved spaces or services. Completing the self-assessment is required under the university’s COVID-19 safety protocols.
Staff and faculty approved to attend campus must review and understand Laurier's COVID-19 Health and Safety Measures and complete a Faculty/Staff COVID-19 Screening Assessment each day that they plan to attend campus.
Visitors and those without Lauirer SSO credentials can submit their daily COVID-19 self-assessment through the Visitors COVID-19 Screening Assessment Form.
If you have any questions related to the COVID-19 self-assessment, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
