When you have chosen the program you want to apply to, and you are interested in applying to Laurier only, you can apply online through our International Application website. This option will allow you to apply for up to 3 Laurier programs. Or, if you wish to apply to Laurier and other Ontario universities at the same time, you can apply through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC) using the 105F application form.
If you apply through our International Application website, you will be transferred to the OUAC website where you will complete and submit your application. Wilfrid Laurier University has contracted OUAC to provide application processing services. To begin the application process, you will be required to create an OUAC account (if you do not already have one). You may have only one OUAC account. Direct any application process questions to the OUAC.
The Laurier English and Academic Foundation (LEAF) program is an academic English program for future Laurier students. If you do not meet Laurier’s English language proficiency requirements, you can apply to our LEAF program the same time you apply to the university.
If you’re applying to Laurier through our International Application website, check the "LEAF" option on your application. If you’re applying through the OUAC website, you do not need to apply directly to LEAF. Applicants who do meet Laurier’s English language proficiency requirements will be assessed for an academic offer of admission with the condition that they complete the LEAF program. After successfully completing the LEAF program, applicants may progress into their undergraduate studies.
If you wish to apply to the LEAF program only, complete the LEAF Program Registration Form.
If you are a student and you would like to grant consent for the release of information regarding your application to a third party (such as a parent or guardian), you must submit an authorization of information release form.
A number of programs have remained open for application for fall 2018. Please refer to the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC) website to see a list of available programs.
It is important to note that programs may close for application without notice. You are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
You must submit all supporting documents within two weeks of your date of application.
Admission to the winter term is limited and subject to program availability. If programs are available for winter admission, they will be available on the OUAC application in late-October 2018. More information and application deadlines will be available in fall 2018.
