Hello everyone, my name is Guanglong (Zack) Pang, an international student from Shenyang, China. I am in my third year of the Geography program with the Environmental Science Option.

I came to Canada in 2012 and the memory of language and culture transitions are still fresh in my mind. I probably made more mistakes than anyone else, but I never stopped trying. The journey of self-improvement can be tough and discouraging sometimes, however, it is such a rewarding feeling to look back at those bitter stages and relish each of the achievements.

As an international student in Canada, you will be inevitably facing difficulties like I did, thus the importance of keeping your life balanced can never be stressed enough.
