Join us at Laurier

Being a Golden Hawk means more than just cheering on our (really good) varsity teams – it means being a student who cares about your community, who works hard in the classroom, and who takes advantage of all the learning opportunities that can happen outside the classroom, too.

Help us inspire lives of meaning and service in God’s world.

Grounded in theology, Waterloo Lutheran Seminary educates people for ordained and non-ordained leadership roles in the church, in faith communities and in community agencies. A pioneer in spiritual care, the seminary is recognized as one of Canada’s largest professional graduate programs in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy. And the newly formed Christian Studies and Global Citizenship undergraduate program is engaging the next generation of faith-based leaders.

Many Ways to Help

Donations can be made in the form of gifts to the seminary for our general purposes; to one of the seminary’s centres (Delton Glebe Counselling Centre, the Kanata Centre for Worship and Global Song; Centre for Public Ethics); or to designated funds for specific purposes such as the student bursary (financial aid), Women of Faith fund, for academic awards or programs, or endowed academic chairs.

To help us educate and equip people who are motivated to serve their neighbours throughout the world, please donate.

For information on donating to specific funds, please contact our financial coordinator.

Reform Capital Campaign

Now is the time to renew our programs and facilities to meet the needs of students today and the future. We’re initiating the $1.5-million Reform Capital Campaign to support the $9-million renewal and modernization project which will be completed during the summer of 2018.
