At Laurier, you’ll experience first-hand what it means to be inspired together alongside your new network of passionate, ambitious, commuter-classmates - to look out for one another, lead the way in meaningful change, and create spaces where everyone gets to show up as their best self. Here’s how this will come to life on our Milton campus:
A mix of in-person and online courses, and in-person and online student supports, offer the perfect flexibility for school-life integration.
Convenient access to public transportation and class schedules timed to avoid early mornings and late nights help streamline the logistics of studying close to home.
Small class sizes and targeted programming set you up to build meaningful, first-name basis connections with peers and profs alike.
Milton is a rapidly growing, vibrant community, where optimism meets opportunity. The mid-sized town is home to the youngest population in Ontario and is in close proximity to Ontario’s 401 highway and GO Transit. With quaint bistros, arts and athletics facilities, 64 parks and an innovation centre, Milton offers a balanced student lifestyle in a diverse community.
The Laurier Milton Academic Centre is accessible by GO Transit, local transportation networks and 400-series highways, making it easy to get to your classes and other amenities.
Starting in September 2024, Milton Transit Bus service is adding a Laurier Milton stop to their Route 1 which operates Monday-Friday from 5 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. There will also be free onsite parking available for those planning to drive to campus during the 2024/25 academic year.
Looking for the Laurier Milton Academic Centre using Google Maps? We are located at 555 Industrial Drive, Milton ON, or search Laurier Milton on Google Maps.
With a new campus comes an all-new $5,000 scholarship. Starting in fall 2024, the top 100 Laurier Milton applicants with confirmed offers will receive the Laurier Milton Founders' Scholarship (Donor-Funded) entitling them to $1,250 per year for each of their four undergraduate years at Laurier.
In addition, Laurier Milton students have access to the same entrance scholarships and bursaries as their peers on the Waterloo and Brantford campuses, as well as the opportunity to apply for our prestigious Laurier Scholars Award.
The application deadline for Ontario high school students has passed but that doesn’t mean you’ve missed out on your chances to join the Laurier community this year. Milton undergraduate programs are still open for fall 2024 admission! You can find the full list available at the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC).
Not an Ontario high school student? You have until April 1 to submit your application...but there’s no time like the present!
