You will develop advanced ensemble skills (i.e., people skills), great listening and analysis skills and a sense that you can go out into the world and succeed.
Audition repertoire should be performed at a Grade 8 RCM level or higher. RCM formal training and exams are not required.
Be confident in where you are at in your development. Everyone’s path is unique as students grow in their own individual ways. Sometimes we see rapid growth in some areas. Sometimes our riddles need more time to sort through. Be patient with yourself.
Remember the audition panel wants to get to know you, so be proud of who you are and why you are. Dream big!
