Tuition and incidental fees are posted on the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies website (by program, or program type). Tuition fees for programs offered at the Waterloo Lutheran Seminary may be found on the WLS website here.
Invoices for the fall semester will be mailed to your mailing address in late July and payment for the fall term will be due in full by mid-August. If you think your fees have been assessed incorrectly, bring your invoice to the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies Office (Dr. Alvin Woods Building). Do not take your invoice to the Business Office; the Business Office will not change a fee assessment.
Scholarships paid through the university are applied directly to your account and will appear as a credit for the applicable term. Interest is charged on all unpaid balances. In addition, you will not receive grades, transcripts, or be allowed to register for subsequent terms if outstanding balances are not paid. Note that some programs have additional fees (e.g., co-op fees). The incidental fee amounts listed include supplementary medical and dental insurance for a single person; family rates are available from the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies website.
International students must be covered by the University Health Insurance Program; details on this program are available from the Business Office website.
