- Currently or previoulsy registered part-time students were notified by email early February, with instructions to confirm their program. If you did this, you will be able to register according to your year, once registration opens, as outlined in the information found at this link: /page.php?grp_id=1365&p=5150.
- If you did not confirm your program at that time or did not receive the email, you will need to fill out the approrprate Program Selection Form, found here /forms.php?grp_id=1365. You will then be able to register after the date specified in this link, according to your year; /page.php?grp_id=1365&p=5150.
Paper registration continues to be available using the Intent to Register form or the Course Change Request form. Return either form with your Online Learning Form to the Office of the Registrar. Printable forms are available online from the forms section of the Office of the Registrar website: /registrar and the Online Learning website: /onlinelearning.
Step 3. When you register online, you must fill out your Online Learning Form at the same time. Read the instructions for completing the form carefully, especially when selecting your exam centre.
If you register by the appropriate registration deadlines with a completed Online Learning Form (refer to the Important Dates section of this calendar), you may choose to have your materials shipped to your home (signature required) or to the Laurier Brantford Bookstore, at no charge. Requests for shipping after these dates are subject to a $50 shipping fee. Please note, if you select the Laurier Brantford Bookstore as your shipping location, you are responsible for verifying that your materials have arrived and picking them up.
You must fill out a Cross Registration Form complete with a signature from your academic department approving your course selection. This form must be submitted to the WLU OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR along with a completed Online Learning Form.
If you have been admitted to Laurier as a part-time student, you have 12 months in which to register and complete a course; if you have not done so within this time frame you must reapply with the form Application for Admission and mail it to OUAC.
If you have been admitted to Laurier and have completed one or more Laurier courses within the last 18 months, you must submit a Program Selection Form to the Office of the Registrar in order to register for a course (and a Online Learning form if applicable).
If you have been admitted to Laurier, and have completed one or more Laurier courses, but have not completed a course within the last 18 months, you must submit a Request for Re-registration form, (and a Online Learning form if applicable) to the Office of the Registrar in order to register for a course at Laurier.
