Pat Krajewski
Senior Vice President, International Banking Human Resources, Scotiabank
Pat Krajewski is the Senior Vice President
International Banking Human Resources. She is responsible for the development
and implementation of the people strategies supporting the International
Banking Division.
Pat has over thirty years of service with
Scotiabank and has held various positions of increasing leadership and
responsibility in the areas of Domestic Banking, Investment Banking, Global
Risk Management and Human Resources. Recently Ms. Krajewski held the position
of Senior Vice President, Corporate Human Resources.
Pat has made many valuable contributions to Scotiabank most recently playing a key role in developing a renewed strategy for leadership for Scotiabank and leading the implementation of the Bank’s balanced scorecard initiative.
Pat holds a MBA from Wilfrid Laurier
University where she was awarded the Governor General’s Gold Medal for academic
excellence and in 2008 was named MBA Alumnus of the Year.
She currently serves as a Vice Chair of the School of Business and Economics, Dean’s Advisory
Council at Wilfrid
Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario.
Pat lives in Mississauga, Ontario with her husband Rick and two children.
