Interested in sharing your university experience?
It wasnít long ago that you were in high school, trying to decide where to attend university, and wondering what university life would be like.
University literature, websites, and magazines gave you answers to many questions, but there are still questions high school students have that can only be answered by a current university student:
How will I meet people? Whatís the best way to study for exams? How about social life? How will I manage my money? Whatís it like to live in residence? What if I donít like my roommate? What will I eat at university?
Who better to tell them what itís all about than a current student?
This is your opportunity to bring some peace of mind to prospective students by sharing your own university experiences. Through the Volunteer Visit Program, you visit your high school during Reading Week to give an informal, interactive and informative presentation. Recruitment & Admissions will provide you with the facts and figures; you provide the stories and experience!
