Employee Groups

Our advisory role includes providing guidance and direction to managers and employees involving compensation, collective agreements/handbooks and legislative matters. This includes interpreting and applying employment-related policies, rules, and contracts; managing performance; resolving workplace conflicts and administering the job evaluation system.
