People at Laurier

Moyosore Arewa, 2nd Year Global Studies I applied to Laurier, amongst other schools and when I got my offer of admission, I accepted without much hesitation. A year later, here I am with no regrets whatsoever. That being said, my first year here has been a “blast.” From the Orientation week to the day of my last final, I have met the most open-hearted and accepting people. Thanks to the various on-campus clubs and activities, I have been able to build on my social and interpersonal skills, which are crucial for an international student coming from a relatively different type of society.
