The University Library
University Librarian and Archivist: Sharon Brown, BA, MA, MLS, ext. 3380
The Laurier Library provides resources and services to help with research and learning. Working in co-operation with libraries in Ontario and across Canada, we aim to meet the information needs of students as efficiently and effectively as possible. The Primo catalogue combines the collections of Laurier with those of our TUG partners, the University of Waterloo and the University of Guelph. Books in other locations can be delivered to Laurier. Course Reserves are available at the Circulation Desk. The Library's web site has a large collection of databases for identifying articles for research.
Scholars Portal brings together a growing collection of resources and services for all Ontario universities. Remote access is available through the library's web page library.wlu.ca/how
Library facilities on the Waterloo campus include an Information Commons, which combines library resources and services with Information Technology Services, the campus Writing Centre and an Academic Advisor. Library access and services for Laurier Brantford students are provided at the Brantford Public Library. The Social Work Library is located in the Faculty of Social Work building on the Kitchener campus.
