24 All returning students can begin to select courses for summer session, using LORIS, until the deadline date to register.
 
March, 2014
19 Last day to register in at least one summer course without the late registration fee (including online learning)
20 Late registration charge (including Online Learning) will be applied. Avoid this charge by selecting courses prior to this date.
 
April, 2014
7 Online learning materials available for pickup for courses beginning in summer session
24 Tuition fees due for courses beginning in summer session 
30 Centre for Online Learning is closed for year-end inventory. University remains open
 
May, 2014

Application deadline for students requiring "Application for Admission" for part-time studies for summer session (not applicable to incoming Letter of Permission students)

 
June, 2014
8 Registrations in online learning courses received after this date will not be guaranteed for delivery of materials prior to the beginning of the term

Jul 7 - Jul 9 If you drop/withdraw during this time period, no tuition charged
7 Lectures begin
8 Last day to add courses (including classroom and online learning)
9 Last day to drop summer session course(s) but remain registered with no tuition charge
Jul 10 - Jul 13 If you drop/withdraw from course(s) during this time period, you are responsible for 10% tuition (assessed at 10% of the course rate, refer to the Schedule of Tuition Charges for Cancellation/Drop/Withdrawal and or Fees)
13 Last day to drop summer session course(s) or withdraw at 10 percent tuition charge (tuition charge assessed at 10% of course rate)
Jul 14 - Aug 1 If you drop/withdraw from course(s) during this time period, you are responsible for 55% tuition (assessed at 55% of the course rate, refer to the Schedule of Tuition Charges for Cancellation/Drop/Withdrawal and/or Fees
 
August, 2014
1 Last day to drop summer session course(s) or withdraw without failure and for possible tuition adjustment (tuition charge assessed at 55% of course rate)
1 Last day to submit Application for Graduation form and fee due for fall convocation. See Miscellaneous Fees in the Financial Services chapter
2 From this day until the last day of classes in this term, if you drop a summer session course or withdraw, you will receive academic penalty (failure) and are responsible for 100 percent tuition
Aug 2 - Oct 1 Late penalty fee applies on Application to Graduate forms received for fall convocation. See Miscellaneous Fees in the Financial Services chapter
4 Civic holiday, university-observed holiday, no lectures 
18 Make-up Monday lecture for Civic holiday, lectures end
Aug 19 - Aug 20 Study days
Aug 21 - Aug 23 Final examinations - Students are advised not to make travel commitments during this time

5 Last day to return online learning videotapes, video CDRoms and DVDs for refund

1 Last day to submit Application to Graduate form (fee and penalty fee apply) for fall convocation. See Miscellaneous Fees in the Financial Services chapter. No applications will be accepted after this date
