24All returning students can begin to select courses for summer session, using LORIS, until the deadline date to register.

19Last day to register in at least one summer course without the late registration fee (including online learning)
20Late registration charge (including Online Learning) will be applied. Avoid this charge by selecting courses prior to this date.

7Online learning materials available for pickup for courses beginning in summer session
24Tuition fees due for courses beginning in summer session 
30Centre for Online Learning is closed for year-end inventory. University remains open

Application deadline for students requiring "Application for Admission" for part-time studies for summer session (not applicable to incoming Letter of Permission students)

8Registrations in online learning courses received after this date will not be guaranteed for delivery of materials prior to the beginning of the term

Jul 10 - Jul 13If you drop/withdraw from course(s) during this time period, you are responsible for 10% tuition (assessed at 10% of the course rate, refer to the Schedule of Tuition Charges for Cancellation/Drop/Withdrawal and or Fees)
13Last day to drop summer session course(s) or withdraw at 10 percent tuition charge (tuition charge assessed at 10% of course rate)
Jul 14 - Aug 1If you drop/withdraw from course(s) during this time period, you are responsible for 55% tuition (assessed at 55% of the course rate, refer to the Schedule of Tuition Charges for Cancellation/Drop/Withdrawal and/or Fees

1Last day to drop summer session course(s) or withdraw without failure and for possible tuition adjustment (tuition charge assessed at 55% of course rate)
1Last day to submit Application for Graduation form and fee due for fall convocation. See Miscellaneous Fees in the Financial Services chapter
2From this day until the last day of classes in this term, if you drop a summer session course or withdraw, you will receive academic penalty (failure) and are responsible for 100 percent tuition
