11Application deadline for students requiring "Application for Admission" for part-time studies for spring term (not applicable to incoming Letter of Permission students)
11Last day to register in at least one course without the last registration fee (including Online Learning)
12Late registration fee  (including Online Learning) will be applied. Avoid this charge by selecting courses prior to this date
29Good Friday, university-observed holiday

8Online learning materials available for pick-up for courses beginning in spring
14Registrations in online learning courses received after this date will not be guaranteed for delivery of materials prior to the beginning of the term
25Tuition fees due for courses beginning in spring
30Centre for Online Learning is closed for year-end inventory. University remains open

1Co-op work term begins
May 6 - May 12If you drop/withdraw from 12-week courses during this time period, no tuition charged
6Lectures begin
12Last day to drop 12-week course(s) but remain registered with no tuition charge
May 13 - May 19If you drop/withdraw from 12-week course(s) during this time period, you are responsible for 10% tuition (assessed at 10% of the course rate, refer to the Schedule of Tuition Charges for Cancellation/Drop/Withdrawal and/or Fees)
19Last day to add spring term courses (including classroom and online learning)
19Last day to drop 12-week course(s) or withdraw at 10 percent tuition charge (tuition charge assessed at 10% of course rate)
May 20 - Jul 2If you drop/withdraw from 12-week course(s) during this time period, you are responsible for 55% tuition (assessed at 55% of the course rate, refer to the Schedule of Tuition Charges for Cancellation/Drop/Withdrawal and/or Fees)
20Victoria Day, university-observed holiday, no lectures

2Last day to drop 12-week course(s) or withdraw without failure and for possible tuition adjustment (tuition charge assessed at 55% of course rate)
3From this day until the last day of lectures in this term, if you drop a 12-week course or withdraw, you will receive academic penalty (failure) and are responsible for 100 percent tuition
