13 Application deadline for students requiring "Application for Admission" for part-time studies for fall term.
31 Online Learning Courses - last day to submit a term form requesting required materials for registered courses to be shipped at no charge. Shipping charges apply after this date.

7 Registrations in online learning courses received after this date will not be guaranteed for delivery of materials prior to the beginning of the term.

16 Last day to drop first 6-week course(s) which began September 14 but remain registered with no tuition charge
Sep 17 - Sep 20 If you drop/withdraw from 6-week course(s) during this time period, you are responsible for 10% tuition (assessed at 10% of the course rate, refer to the Schedule of Tuition Charges for Cancellation/Drop/Withdrawal and/or Fees)
20 Last day to drop 12-week and full-year courses, but remain registered with no tuition charge (students must remain registered in at least one course)
20 Last day to add first 6-week course(s) which began September 14

25 Last day to return fall and full-year course online learning textbooks for refund
27 Last day to add 12-week and full-year courses (including second 6-week courses beginning October 27)
27 Last day to add online learning courses and submit an online learning term form (pick-up of materials at the Waterloo campus only)
27 Last day to drop 12-week and full-year course(s) or withdraw at 10 percent tuition charge (tuition charge assessed at 10% of course rate)
Sep 28 - Nov 9 If you drop/withdraw from 12-week course(s) during this time period, you are responsible for 55% tuition (assessed at the course rate) for courses dropped after this date. See the Schedule of Tuition Charges for Cancellation/Drop/Withdrawal and/or Fees)

9 Last day to drop first 6-week course(s) which began September 14 without failure and for possible  tuition adjustment (tuition charge assessed at 55% of course rate)
10 From this date until the end of first six-week classes in this term, if you drop a first 6-week fall term course that began September 14 or withdraw, you will receive academic penalty (failure) and are responsible for 100 percent tuition
12 Thanksgiving, university-observed holiday
26 First 6-week course(s) that began September 14 end
27 Second 6-week courses begin
29 Last day to drop second 6-week courses which began October 27 but remain registered with no tuition charge
30 Fall convocation (all ceremonies at Waterloo Campus)
